Christina DeSimone, President & CEO
Ms. DeSimone is an innovator with a proven track record of 30 years in the Medical Case Management Industry. An insightful visionary who saw a strong and compelling need to contain the uncapped personal injury liability costs of medical claims in the International Maritime Industry, Ms. DeSimone recognized that U.S. law does not protect shipowners.
Ms. DeSimone brings to Future Care, Inc. her previous experiences in Medical Care Management. She built USA Audit, a company that set the standards for medical bill reviews in the United States and USA Exams (1970’s and early 1980’s), which pioneered the concept of hiring qualified physicians to render quality second opinions in disability cases. Ms. DeSimone is also the former president of DeSimone Rehabilitation Services, Inc., (1979-1997), a company that developed unique and effective cost saving approaches to managing Workers’ Compensation related cases both medically and vocationally.
Dr. Jonathan Korn, Chief Medical Consultant
Dr. Korn is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, Founding Member of the American Trauma Society, Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Fellow of the International College of Surgeons and Fellow of American College of Surgeons and a retired military officer. He has authored articles, has developed operations, and is an editor of a medical text. He has emergency medical experience both in the Himalayan Mountains, and at sea, and is an experienced sailor.

Anthony DeSimone, Vocational Specialist and Consultant to Industry
Future Care, Inc. is fortunate to have retained Mr. DeSimone who brings a depth of knowledge and experience unequaled in the area of Industrial Return to Work Programs. He has overseen Special Projects with Industry, including implementing Transitional Employment Programs, and Job Development and Placement for people with disabilities. Mr. DeSimone is an acknowledged expert in the Forensic Vocational field, Life Care, and Determination of Wage Earning Capacity Labor Market Analysis. He has conducted seminars for Industry to advise them on the Americans with Disabilities Act. General Electric, Franklin National Bank, and numerous North American Insurance companies have participated in the internationally renowned Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities at Mr. DeSimone’s behest.
For over 30 years, Mr. DeSimone has held the esteemed position of Commissioner of Rehabilitation Services in various regions throughout the United States, including California, New York, Washington, Hawaii, and Nevada.
Mr. DeSimone has published articles on rehabilitation in The Social & Rehabilitation Record, American Rehabilitation, and The Seer.
He has been honored with the U.S. Department of H.E.W. Superior Service Award, The Human Resources Center of Nassau County, NY President’s Award, and the Goodwill Industries of Philadelphia, PA award. Mr. DeSimone is also a past President of National Rehabilitation Association.
Mr. DeSimone received an M.A. in Psychology and Education from New York University, and a Post Graduate degree from Columbia University in Vocational Rehabilitation.
