Record Review: Objective Review of Medical Records

Future Care's credentialed, board certified health care professionals conduct objective, retrospective reviews of medical records to address the services performed to date and the charges associated with them. Record Reviews can be used as an adjunct to Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) in the management of a claim. Future Care Record Reviews can also provide legal-medical consultations for assistance in defense preparation, which can be delivered verbally, in writing or both.

Future Care enhances the Record Review process by:

• In-office document pick-up, copying medical records, multiple methods for submission of referrals and expertise in the Record Review process
• Secure, encrypted electronic submission or traditional mailing of the final report within 7 business days of the review
• Availability of standard or client specific management reports
• Examining physicians available for expert testimony
• Availability of on-site seminars with a member of Future Care's Physician Advisory Board, staff and/or panel of physicians
