TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is a letter of recommendation written by me, Robert G. Buchanan, President of Genco Shipping & Trading Limited, regarding Future Care.

Genco has been using Future Care's PPO First Response program for 18 of our vessels for the past 12 months and I, along with my captains, have always found them to be efficient, courteous, professional and very cost effective. Services provided to Genco include medical and accident case management through their first response system and auditing of all medical bills be they from the hospital, surgeon or support staff. Future Care ensures that Genco crew members are getting the best possible treatment at the best possible cost. Future Care has and continues to obtain extreme savings for Genco's medical bills and their case management has made treatment with in the US precise and efficient. Future care enables Genco to better manage their medical claims, large or small and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone with vessels that call at US ports.

Sincerely,

Robert G. Buchanan

Ms. Christina DeSimone:

Seaboard Ship Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Seaboard Corporation, has been enjoying a professional and profitable working relationship with Future Care, Inc. for over five years now.

Ms. DeSimone and her staff of very well-trained and knowledgeable professionals are a delight to work with. No matter how big or small the claim, Future Care always provides timely and accurate assistance in the claims handling process. What a comfort it is from a Ship Manager’s point of view to have the technical support necessary during a crew member’s illness or injury.

Our first case with Future Care was a serious head/facial injury of a crewmember that occurred at sea. Once the Coast Guard air-lifted the patient to the hospital, Future Care and their Nurse Case Manager took over the helm and guided the health care professionals in a reasonable and cost-effective manner, and at the same time, never lost site that the most important person involved was the injured crew member.

In the end, the patient was safely repatriated home to continue his recovery and treatments. Seaboard Ship Management, Inc is truly grateful to Ms. DeSimone and her fantastic staff for their invaluable assistance in this case, and many others.

If you have not already entered into a professional relationship with Future Care, your company could be wasting valuable resources! I challenge you to give them a try. We did and the savings speak for themselves!

Best regards,

To Whom It May Concern:

Seabulk International has been utilizing Future Care's PPO Access Program for two of our tankers that travel on the US WestCoast. Future Care's First Response Team has received numerous compliments from our Captains regarding their response for any of their needs. In addition, Future Care's Audit Bill Review Program on the back end of the claim has saved us approximately 50% of initial invoice amounts for 2005.

Not only has Future Care's services saved us money, but any savings obtained by Future Care's Bill Review Program has offset the costs of their Nurse Case Management and PPO Access Program, which has resulted in an overall reduction in our claim expenditures.

Christina DeSimone, CEO
Future Care, Inc 200 East 74th Street New York, NY 10021

Dear Ms. DeSimone;
As you know Amerada Hess Corporation and their subsidiaries i.e. Spentonbush/Red Star Companies, Inc. Sheridan Transportation Company, and Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corp,(K.N.A. HOVENSA, LLC) have worked with Future Care for the last 12 years and we are convinced that the early intervention nurse case management program controlled the potential amount of marine claims awards that could have escalated out of proportion to the injuries had not Future Care nurses coordinated proper treatment and monitored the recovery process. This coordination invofves Corporate Insurance, Personnel Mgrs., OPS, Future Care, and a nurse consultant covering Foreign and U.S. Flag vessels (non-union/union, blue water/brown water), in addition, any savings obtained by Future Care auditing the medical bills has offset the costs of the nurse case management program and in many cases actually brought additional revenue to the company,

This program, through the vision of a team effort to mitigate-losses, reduces lost time and increases safety and productivity.

Continue the good work.

Best Regards,
Robert L. Ladmer Marine-Special Claims, VP
